About the Quarry
In 1986 Reabold Hill’s abandoned quarry, which had not been used for eighty years, was re-opened as ‘The Quarry Amphitheatre’. Surrounded by natural bush land, it and offers panoramic views across the City to the Darling Range and provides an ideal setting for intimate acoustic concerts.
'Live At The Quarry' was launched in 2008 with an inaugural series comprising nine concerts in the Quarry Amphitheatre. Following the success of the initial season, Mellen Events and Lloyd Events teamed together to present the 2008/2009 season. The series was an overwhelming success, and included the WA debut of Paul Kelly A-Z, a major highlight.
Cafe & Bar
A wide range of gourmet food options will be available for purchase at The Quarry Cafe, including delicious gourmet salads, toasted panini's & the famous spanakopita (courtesy of Subiaco's Boucla Cafe). If you're looking for something sweeter, baklava, chocolate & ricotta cakes or even an il gelato ice cream is on offer!

Bottles: Asahi, Corona, Cascade Green, Carlton Draught & Cascade Light
Wines: Flame tree Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Shiraz, Cabernet Merlot, Rose or Embers Classic White & Red
Weather
The Quarry Amphitheatre is an outdoor venue. We play regardless of weather conditions. The promoter retains the discretion to cancel events if they believe the weather conditions to be too dangerous. If it looks like rain please bring wet weather protection (ponchos & raincoats). Umbrellas are not permitted into the venue.
Good idea to bring...
Your ticket, rugs, pillows, warm clothes, hats, a picnic hamper (if you haven’t ordered one). Low seats are suitable if they don't impede other patrons’ line of sight Aeroguard if you’re a favourite dish for mozzies.
Tickets
Your ticket is your pass in, no ticket means no entry. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of payment as a replacement for a lost ticket. Please keep your ticket in a safe place as they are not refundable or replaceable. If you are planning to order your ticket online, registered post is the recommend mode of delivery.
Minors
People under the age of 18 years old are permitted in the venue with a ticket and if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Consider this a good way to increase brownie points, give your folks a ticket each for Christmas. If a minor is NOT ACCOMPANIED by their parent/step-parent or legal guardian they will be refused entry to the concert and they will not receive a refund on their ticket. Please note, every patron attending the performance must have a valid individual ticket for admission – this includes Babes in Arms.
Not permitted
Beanbags, prams, high deckchairs, mozzie coils/candles, animals. No tables or umbrellas, professional cameras, video or recording equipment, metal cutlery, wine spikes, tents or sun shelters. The Quarry is a non-smoking venue.
Parking
There is a one-way traffic flow to the car parks. Please follow the signs and arrows, AMPLE FREE PARKING is available at the Quarry Amphitheatre with Acrod Parking allocated for Disabled people. Parking / Disabled facilities 210 bays, coach access, limited disabled bays, disabled toilet.
